  • Minors 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parental Consent Required to travel alone.
  • Age 3 and up, would count as an additional person. Age 2 and below no additional fee to stay with Guest in Private Room or Exclusive Dorm.
  • Shared Accommodation would not apply.

Yes. Free of charge.

  • Yes, for $7 per bag for Pick Up by 7pm.
  • Pickup after 7 PM incurs a $25 Penalty Holding Fee per bag, applied daily thereafter.
  • We do not provide long-term luggage storage.

Cancellation Policy:
48 hours advance notice is required prior to Arrival.
72 hours advance notice is required during Holidays, prior to Arrival.

Otherwise, please be advised that you will be held responsible for the first night’s fee.
No-Show Fee also equals the first night’s stay fee.Cancellation/No Show Fee also applies to same day bookings.

Non-Refundable Rate Reservations cannot be changed. If canceled or in the event of a No Show all Nights paid for will be lost.

We provide linens and towels. Sleeping Bags are not allowed and will be held in our possession for the duration of your stay. Daily towel exchange is not available.

Bookings of 2 or more are not guaranteed to be in the same room. Based on availability we try our best to keep everyone together.
